Damaged goods

Please advise us within 7 days from receipt of any damage to product that has not meet to your satisfaction. 

We will provide a full refund, subject to inspection and acceptance by us.  Please send a photograph of the damaged goods in your email to speed up the process.

Other reasons:

We understand that there may be other reasons you want to return the product such as unfit for purpose, not as described, or other. 

Please return within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging so that the products are well protected from damage during transit.

However, if returned in a non re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a credit.  I am sure you understand this is reasonable.

If items are not returned within 14days this is considered as Final Sale.

All refunds will be processed against the original transaction payment method.

Any cost of postage or courier in returning the item will not be refunded, only in cases of receiving damaged goods that has been accepted.

Once agreement to return goods (photograph first) return address will be provided.
