Kalahari Smoked Salt - Grilled Corn

Cooking time: 15 minutes


  • 4 pieces of corn on a cob
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked salt


Brush corn with oil and grill turning occasionally, after about 10 minutes, the corn should be charred. 

Whisk the butter and honey together until light and airy. 

Remove corn from grill, brush with butter mixture and top with smoked salt as the finishing salt. Serve immediately.
